Kathy has textile, slow-stitching projects in her heart now. Putting together interesting pieces and colors of fabric is the starting point. She has found that ‘trusting the process’ is truly good to live by. Mixed media and watercolor have also been a favorite medium. She makes cards from many of her past paintings.

Collecting found objects has always been a favorite activity for Randall. He always has an eye out for unique pieces of wood, rock and metal. He uses what he finds to inspire his creations. Often, it is what he sees in an object that drives his creation. Birds are a favorite subject. Another inspiration is finding things that fit together with the least alteration. On a more practical side, Randall enjoys creating clocks and lamps.

We have always been makers but haven’t always found the time. What we create always seems to meet us where we are.
